What are the specifications of Persono Smart Pillow?
The Cover is adjustable with full-lenght zipper which adapts to number of layers.

Which smartphones are compatible with Persono technology?
Persono technology is compatible with Android (from version 7.0) and iOS (from version 10.0) operating systems. Application functionality may vary by operating system and smartphone model. The specification and list of compatible smartphones are available here.

Can I remove the tracker and use it on another pillow?
It is not possible to use the tracker on other pillow models. The sensor was created specifically for this pillow model, including size, fabric, and sensitivity issues. If used on other pillows, we cannot guarantee the quality of the monitored data.

How does the Sensor work? Is it safe?
The sensor colects the sleep data and sends it to the Persono App via wireless connection. It’s imperceptible both in touch and in sound and odors.
It does not need charging and Its shelf life is 2 years. The sensor is 100% safe. It does not emit any kind of wave that could harm your health. You can wash the smart pillow with the sensor in it.
There is no risk of interference between two pillows in close proximity.
However, when there is more than one person in bed, or even pets, they can touch the pillow and activate the sensor.
